HR Executive cum Business Analyst (Female)

Lovee Technologies is a rapidly growing IT company based in Jaipur, offering services in Website Design, Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and App Development. We are looking for a dynamic and versatile HR Executive cum Business Analyst (Female) to join our team and contribute to our growth.

HR Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Managing employee records, attendance, and leave policies.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to management.
• Addressing employee concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Coordinating training programs and skill development sessions for staff.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinating with the technical team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities.

Bidding & Client Interaction:

• Placing competitive bids on various freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
• Communicating with clients to gather project requirements and expectations.
• Assisting in client negotiations and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Taking client and internal team meetings to facilitate project progress.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong understanding of HR functions and responsibilities.
✅ Fluent in written and spoken English to handle global clients and team communications.
✅ Sound knowledge of Website Design, Development, and SEO to understand project requirements.
✅ Ability to place bids on freelancing platforms and negotiate terms effectively.
✅ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to take client and team meetings with confidence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in HR, IT, or Business Management).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome, but relevant knowledge and eagerness to learn are essential.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
