Job Title: HR & Data Analyst – Purchase Coordinator

Job Summary:
SENBAGA Home Depot is seeking a HR & Data Analyst – Purchase Coordinator to handle HR operations, data analysis, stock management, and purchase planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining HR processes, optimizing stock data, and ensuring efficient purchasing, contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Recruitment:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a good cultural and skill fit.
- Handle onboarding processes, including document verification and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, and performance).
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data.
- Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and promote teamwork.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
2. Data Analysis & Stock Management:
- Analyze stock data to identify sales patterns, fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Track inventory levels and generate reports on stock movement.
- Use data insights to assist the sales and purchase teams in making informed decisions.
- Prepare and share detailed reports with management on stock turnover, trends, and potential shortages.
- Identify low-stock and overstock scenarios to optimize inventory.
- Ensure stock data is accurate and updated regularly.
3. Purchase Planning & Coordination:
- Plan and raise purchase orders based on stock analysis and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Verify purchase invoices against stock receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, orders, and supplier information.
- Monitor and follow up on pending or delayed orders.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to align purchase decisions with current demand.
4. Performance Reporting & Insights:
- Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions.
- Generate regular reports on HR activities, stock movement, and purchases.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong HR and recruitment skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and stock management.
- Ability to interpret data insights and support purchase planning.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other inventory management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or purchase coordination roles.
- Familiarity with purchase planning, inventory management, and stock control.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Salary & Benefits:
