Job Title: L2 Level Hardware and Networking Engineer (Rotational Shift)
Job Timing: 06:30 PM IST - 03:30 AM IST
Employment Type: Full-time, Night Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced L2 Hardware and Networking Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network and hardware systems, providing advanced support to resolve issues, and ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and networking issues promptly.
• Provide advanced support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other equipment.
• Monitor network performance and optimize system availability, security, and scalability.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and upgrades on servers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining hardware components, such as servers, storage devices, and peripherals.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and problem resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with the L1 support team and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hardware and networking, preferably at the L2 level.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues, including desktop, server, and storage devices.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and provide support during off-hours as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
