Job Title: Hardware Networking Engineer

Location: Mumbai
Work Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 5+ Years (IT Hardware)
CTC: ₹3L – ₹5L PA (Higher Based on Experience)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues for desktops, laptops, servers, and IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software on Windows & macOS.
• Configure and manage LAN/WAN, network devices, VPNs, and firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet).
• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server infrastructures.
• Manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup solutions.
• Provide L2 support, resolve escalated IT issues, and coordinate with vendors.
• Conduct security audits, firewall management, and ensure network integrity.

Requirements:

• Expertise in IT hardware & networking.
• Strong knowledge of firewall security and system administration.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
