Job Description: Hardware Engineer

Location: 5th Floor, Royal Trade Centre, Adajan, opposite Star Bazaar, Jalaram Society, Adajan Gam, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat 395009

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:1-3 years (Freshers with ITI/Diploma may also apply)

Salary: 15k to 20k

Job Responsibilities:

1. Office IT & Hardware Maintenance:

Manage and maintain all office computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems.

Handle networking issues, including LAN/Wi-Fi setup, routers, switches, and firewalls.

2. Client Hardware & IT Support:

Provide onsite and remote hardware support to clients.

Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and storage devices.

Assemble, upgrade, and replace computer components like RAM, SSDs, and motherboards.

3. Networking & Server Management:

Install and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and network connectivity issues.

Assist in server setup and maintenance, including Windows/Linux servers.

Perform data backup and recovery processes.

4. CCTV & Security System Installation:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.

Troubleshoot and repair CCTV hardware and network connectivity.

5. Hardware Delivery, Installation & Troubleshooting:

Deliver and install IT hardware like desktops, servers, printers, and CCTV systems.

Ensure proper configuration and testing after installation.

Provide preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, assembling, troubleshooting, and repair.

Experience in networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls).

Familiarity with server setup, maintenance, and basic cloud services.

Ability to handle CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of data backup, storage devices, and cybersecurity.

Willingness to travel for onsite installations and client support.

Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
