Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Troubleshooting and Technical Support Specialist at Everythingweb.dev in Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves providing desktop computer support, network administration, and ensuring network security on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Desktop Computers, and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ would be beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
