- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Design and implement network architectures based on business requirements.
- Manage wired and wireless networks for seamless connectivity.
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and access controls to protect data.
- Monitor network performance and detect issues using diagnostic tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity problems.
- Manage network servers, backup systems, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to users regarding network and hardware issues.
- Train employees on best practices for cybersecurity and hardware usage.
- Ensure proper configuration and security of network protocols.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
