Hardware & Network Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Project Implementation & Coordinationo Oversee the end-to-end implementation of company projects, including CCTV SITC(Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) and other hardware/softwaredeployments.o Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within thespecified deadlines.o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project activities and ensurealignment with client requirements.2. Site Supervision & Executiono Conduct on-site supervision to ensure proper execution of installation andcommissioning tasks.o Ensure all field activities comply with safety standards and company protocols.o Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.3. Technical Training & Supporto Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients and end-users on software andhardware functionalities.o Offer ongoing technical support and guidance post-implementation to ensure smoothadoption and usage of solutions.4. Client Interaction & Relationship Managemento Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuringclear communication and expectations management.o Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providingtimely updates on project progress.5. Quality Assurance & Complianceo Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all installations and implementations meetcompany standards and client expectations.o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout theproject lifecycle.6. Reporting & Documentationo Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including progress reports, issuelogs, and client communications.o Provide regular updates to the management team on project status, challenges, andsuccess metrics.7. Continuous Improvement & Feedbacko Gather feedback from clients and field teams to identify areas for improvement inproject execution.o Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future projectimplementations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
