Hardware and Network Engineer

Overview

Job Title: Hardware and Network Engineer - Minimum 2 Years Experience

Responsibilities:

Hardware Management:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and associated software.
• Perform routine hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.

System Administration:

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues.
• Manage server hardware, operating systems, and storage systems.
• Ensure regular backups of data and systems and test disaster recovery protocols.

Network Management:

• Design, configure, and implement network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintain and update firewall, router, switch, and access point configurations.
• Oversee network security protocols to safeguard systems against threats.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in hardware and network engineering or similar roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), and equipment.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
