- Presentation Skills:
- Ability to develop impactful presentations (PPTs) for internal and external audiences, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solution Evaluation:
- Strong skills in evaluating technology solutions from a business value perspective, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the needs of the business and stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies:
- Experience with Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodologies is a must, as these approaches are commonly used in the software development and implementation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Other Guidewire Products:
- Exposure to other Guidewire products (like BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) would be beneficial, but not mandatory for the role.
- Exposure to ISO Commercial Lines:
- Familiarity with ISO Commercial Lines implementations and understanding ISO Manuals and ERC Content would be a plus. This knowledge helps in aligning business processes with ISO standards for the insurance industry.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and its configuration.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong foundation in the Property & Casualty insurance domain, especially Commercial Lines.
