We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Guidewire Business Analyst to join our growing team. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have expertise in Guidewire applications, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge any gaps between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of Guidewire systems to ensure they meet the business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and improve processes.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and their functionality.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Guidewire certification(s) in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Experience with system design, configuration, and integration within Guidewire.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
