Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to design, build, and optimize cutting-edge applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting and innovative AI projects.

What You’ll Do
Design and develop advanced AI applications utilizing LLMs and RAG workflows.
Optimize and enhance AI models to improve performance, efficiency, and accuracy.
Implement scalable and secure GenAI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Conduct research and experiments to drive innovation in generative AI.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI systems.

What You'll Need

Required:
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Proven experience with LLMs and RAG workflows.
Deep understanding of deploying scalable, efficient, and secure GenAI solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for staying current with the latest trends in AI and machine learning.

Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
