Gen AI Engineer

Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Gen AI Engineers to join our team and work on cutting-edge LLM applications and fine-tuning. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based solutions, expertise in MLOps/DevOps, and a strong command of the AWS ecosystem.

This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement scalable AI solutions. If you are passionate about Gen-AI, model fine-tuning, and cloud-based AI deployments, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Generative AI & LLM Development

• Design, build, and optimize LLM-based applications for real-world use cases.
• Fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT models).
• Implement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Optimize model inference, latency, and response time for production use.

MLOps & DevOps

• Build and manage scalable AI pipelines using MLOps best practices.
• Deploy models efficiently using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, update, and retrain models using automated workflows.

Cloud & AWS Expertise

• Deploy and manage AI workloads using AWS services like:
• SageMaker (model training & deployment)
• Lambda & Bedrock (serverless AI)
• EC2, S3, EFS (storage & compute)
• DynamoDB / RDS / Vector DBs (efficient data handling)
• Optimize AI solutions for cost and performance on AWS infrastructure.
