GCP Data Engineer

Overview

JD:

GWC DATA.AI is looking for GCP Cloud Engineer with 4 to 12years of experience.

Key Skills:

• Primary: GCP, BigQuery, Cloud Composer (Airflow)
• Secondary: Dataflow, Dataproc

Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy GCP infrastructure (VMs, networks, storage, load balancers).
• Manage GCP services (Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Cloud Monitoring).
• Optimize cloud costs through resource analysis.
• Implement security measures (access control, encryption, vulnerability management).
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot cloud system issues.
• Design and implement data pipelines for BigQuery and analytics integration.
• Collaborate with teams to translate app requirements into cloud solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes, Cloud Networking).
• Expertise in cloud architecture design.
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation.
• Strong networking and security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
