The Team


Internal Audit



As part of Digital Internal Audit team, you will be part of our USI Internal Audit practice and will be responsible for scaling digital capabilities for our IA clients. Responsibilities will include helping our clients adopt digital through various stages of their Internal Audit lifecycle, from planning till reporting.

Work you’ll do


The key job responsibilities will be to:

  • Analyze client requirements, perform gap analysis, design and develop digital solutions using data analytics tools and technologies to solve client needs
  • Design, build, and implement custom AI and Generative AI solutions tailored to meet specific business needs
  • Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to develop/train AI models and fine-tune Gen-AI models.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models to ensure they meet the desired performance metrics
  • Deploy solution across various cloud and on-prem computing platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and modeling to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in the field of AI/Generative AI to guide clients in adopting AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into projects.


Required skills

  • Proficiency in designing and developing generative AI models and AI algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including data preprocessing, prompt engineering, benchmarking and fine-tuning
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models and applications.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI application design and architecture
  • Practical experience of evaluating Large-Language Models (LLM) performance (using common metrics)
  • In-depth knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its applications in AI solutions.
  • Expertise in handling large multi-modal datasets and applying data preprocessing techniques to ensure data quality and relevance.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to derive actionable insights and drive decision-making processes
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python and SQL
  • Proficiency in building agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, experience in LLM Frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex; implementation exposure to vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma or FAISS
  • Strong understanding of Gen AI techniques and LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. and Open Source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.)
  • Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, LLMs & Generative AI (Gen AI)
  • Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras
  • Familiar with AI/Gen AI Ethics & Governance frameworks, applications and archetypes


Preferred skills


  • Certification in Cloud (AWS/ Azure / GCP)
  • Certification in AI/ML or Data Analytics


Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E. and/or MBA
