Overview

Functional cum Automation Tester (3-5 Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional cum Automation Tester with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our product's quality from both functional and automation perspectives. Your overall responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement automated tests to validate the software application.

Responsibilities:

Functional Testing:

· Design, develop, and execute functional test cases to ensure the product meets specified requirements.

· Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability

· Perform regression testing, identify defects, and ensure they are logged, tracked, and resolved.

Automation Testing:

· Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium.

· Design and implement automation frameworks for UI testing.

· Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and delivery.

· Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed feedback to the development team.

· Create scenario-based exercises to simulate real-world testing scenarios and challenges.

Product Ownership:

· Take full ownership of the product’s quality from both a functional and automation perspective.

· Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.

· Continuously improve the testing processes, frameworks, and practices to ensure high-quality releases.

Type / Work Location:

· Full-Time / preferably Coimbatore

Skills Required:

· Proficiency in Selenium and Java programming languages.

· Good to have: Knowledge of Python programming and experience with Cypress.

Experience & Qualifications:

· 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing.

· Any degree (preferably with an IT background).

Salary: - Experienced: Salary is not a constraint for best-fit candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
