Treecent is a dynamic IT company based in Nagpur, specializing in cutting-edge web development, software solutions, and IT consulting. We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to our innovative and high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing code reviews and technical guidance.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across different browsers and devices.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and databases.
• Manage version control using Git and participate in CI/CD processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby on Rails).
• Expertise in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Experience in unit testing and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
