Full Stack Web Developer

Overview

Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer (Frontend, Backend, WordPress, React)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Technical Skills

Frontend Development :

HTML/CSS: Proficiency in structuring web pages and styling them.

JavaScript: Strong understanding of core JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

Frontend Frameworks/Libraries: React.js or Next.js

Responsive Design: Knowledge of frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Flexbox/Grid for creating mobile-friendly designs.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

Backend Development :

Programming Languages:

JavaScript (Node.js), Python or Java any one of the above.

Frameworks:

Express.js (Node.js), Django (Python) or Spring Boot (Java) any one of the above.

Database Management:

Relational Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server.

NoSQL Databases: MongoDB.

API Development:

RESTful APIs.

Authentication & Authorization:

OAuth, JWT, or session-based authentication.

DevOps & Deployment

Cloud Platforms:

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Heroku ANY ONE OF THE ABOVE.

CI/CD Pipelines:

Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.

Web Servers:

Nginx, Apache.

2. Other Skills

Basic Understanding of UI/UX Design: Familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

3. Testing:

Unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

Tools like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.

Security Best Practices: Knowledge of securing applications (HTTPS, encryption, etc.).

4. Soft Skills

Problem-Solving: Ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently.

Communication: Clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

Time Management: Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Team Collaboration: Working in Agile/Scrum environments.

4. Educational Background

Degree : A degree in Computer Science or a related field is often preferred but not mandatory.
