Full Stack Web Developer - Lead

Overview

• 6+ years of experience in leadership roles as a Team Lead or Senior Developer.
• Expert-level skills in MySQL development, with deep proficiency in T-SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes).
• Strong expertise in performance tuning and query optimization.
• 5+ years with Node.js
• 4+ years with React.js
• Proficient in HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), managing infrastructure for high availability and security.
• Solid understanding of GitHub, CI/CD, and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach across cross-functional teams.
• Capable of working independently as an individual contributor when needed.
• Experience in troubleshooting and performance optimization across the development lifecycle.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
