Overview

Position: Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on the development, maintenance and modernization of existing applications that support various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the full range of software development lifecycles including design, development, test, deployment and support.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop, test and implement applications built in Java, Typescript and React with Postgres and Oracle backends.
• Analyze business requirements and design and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Analysts to identify, triage and resolve defects.
• Build unit and integration tests to improve the overall quality of applications.
• Create and maintain application design documents and support playbook.
• Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Combination of experience and education may be considered.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Software Development and support roles in languages including, but not limited to Java, Typescript, React, JavaScript, SQL.
• 2+ years experience in git, Devops and CI/CD technologies.
• 2+ years experience in testing, deploying and supporting large scale services on Azure / AWS / GCP environments.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
• The ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Logistics business.
• Strong analytical and problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Understanding of data security and encryption protocols to ensure the secure exchange and handling of information
• The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic.
• Strong team player who can efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (Oral and Written) across range of cultural differences.

Location : Mysore / Coimbatore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
