Position Overview:

We are seeking talented Senior Full Stack PHP - JavaScript and / or Laravel Developers to join our Enterprise Software Product Engineering team.

As a vital member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our suite of Web / Cloud-based application software products.

These products span diverse domains such as CRM, ERP, Project Management, Workflow Automation, Financial Accounting, and E-Commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to enhance and create cutting-edge software products.
• Design and develop innovative software features and functionalities using PHP, Core PHP, and the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and meticulously documented code that aligns with coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing code, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring software stability.
• Seamlessly integrate software products with other systems, collaborating with customer organizations' teams as needed.
• Participate actively in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Desired Applicant Profile:

• Experienced PHP Web based application developers with Graduate degree in Science/Technology, Computer Application, Computer Science, or Diploma in Software Development/IT.
• Honours Degree holders in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Electronics are encouraged to apply, with or without experience.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Core PHP and preferably the Laravel framework.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in server-side scripting using Core PHP and/or Laravel.
• Hands-on experience in developing web-based applications and/or database-driven E-commerce sites.
• Strong grasp of JavaScript, HTML, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, and responsive front-end frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Expertise in crafting complex SQL queries involving multiple tables and joins.
• Dedication to following coding standards and preparing comprehensive documentation for development tasks.
• Passion for adhering to best design and coding practices.
• Familiarity with application security principles.
• Some exposure to preparing software design specifications/documents.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and growing as a software professional.
• Excellent communication skills and a true passion for software development.
• Knowledge of AngularJS/Vue.js/React.js/Node.js is a plus, though not mandatory.
