Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Initial 6 months, hike based on performance & timely accomplishments)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel and the latest web technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing multiple domains, including dashboards, backend CRM systems, admin panels, and recruitment portals. This role demands end-to-end development with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-End Development: Build, develop, and maintain multi-domain websites, portals, dashboards, and backend systems.
✔ PHP & Laravel Development: Design and develop web applications using PHP Laravel, MySQL, and JavaScript frameworks.
✔ Database Management: Optimize database architecture, queries, and data structures for efficient backend performance.
✔ Admin Panels & CRM Systems: Develop user-friendly and responsive admin panels & CRM for internal management.
✔ Recruitment Portal Development: Create recruitment platforms with job postings, candidate tracking, and automated screening.
✔ API Development & Integration: Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs like payment gateways, SMS, and CRM tools.
✔ Security & Performance Optimization: Implement security measures, performance tuning, and website speed optimization.
✔ UI/UX Best Practices: Work closely with designers to implement responsive, mobile-friendly designs.
✔ SEO & Web Analytics: Optimize websites for SEO and track user engagement via analytics tools.
✔ Bug Fixing & Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical glitches, and security loopholes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 3+ years of experience in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
✅ Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery/React/Vue.js).
✅ Hands-on experience with backend CRM, dashboards, admin panels, and recruitment portals.
✅ Experience in database design, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
✅ Knowledge of Git version control and deployment processes.
✅ Understanding of SEO, performance tuning, and security best practices.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code efficiently.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.

Compensation & Growth:

Initial Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (for the first 6 months).
Hike & Increments: Performance-based salary revision after 6 months, strictly based on accomplishments.
Performance Metrics: Candidates must complete projects on time to qualify for increments.
