Full Stack Java Developer Trainer

Overview

Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training modules focusing on full stack Java development, covering both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate) technologies. * Assess Training Needs: Evaluate trainees' skill levels and customize training programs to meet their specific needs. * Create Training Materials: Prepare presentations, manuals, code samples, and other resources to support the training programs. * Engage and Motivate Trainees: Use innovative teaching methods to keep trainees engaged and motivated throughout the training sessions. * Provide One-on-One Coaching: Offer personalized coaching and support to trainees to help them overcome challenges and improve their skills. * Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies in full stack Java development to ensure the training content is current and relevant. * Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
