Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role:

We are seeking an Application Developer who develops Java/React JS code for intermediate modules, participates in design

reviews, conducts code reviews, creates test plans and resolves moderate defects. This Developer also designs, documents,

reviews, and maintains components of software solutions for intermediate projects. It also includes reacting to production

problems of supporting production changes where those applications are operating.

• Strong understanding of Java and Full Stack Developer - Java development concept

•4 to 6 years of experience

•Knowledge of the Insurance business is a plus

•Highly motivated with good written and oral communication skills.

•Ability to lead conversations and coordinate activities across various time zones.

•Ability to be accountable for key processes of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility.

•Ability to learn new skills quickly and willingness to challenge yourself

•Advanced SQL skills (individuals need to have solid SQL debugging and tuning skills)

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assignments, ability to work well under pressure, as well as ability to work

independently.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

•Overall experience of 4- 6 years of software development

•At least 4 years of experience as a Java FSD development

•At least 1 year as a full stack developer with Java

•Wide experience with a diverse set of technologies, approaches, tools, etc. would be ideal.

•Good knowledge of Java programming, SQL, Unix

•Exposure and knowledge to Agile methodologies

•Experience in Java development and web front-end development.

•Experience deploying to cloud environments a plus

•Exposure to test-driven development

•Strong communication skills

•Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and solving challenging problems

•Enthusiasm for community, learning, and collaboration

• Excitement about open source software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
