About the Role:

Appwars Technologies is looking for a passionate Full-Stack Trainer to conduct high-quality training sessions for aspiring developers. If you have minimum 2 years of experience in full stack trainer profile and strong technical and communication skills, we would love to have you on us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on practical sessions that cover Java, MERN and popular frameworks.

2. Curriculum Development: Assist in creating and updating course materials that incorporate industry best practices.

3. Technical Guidance: Teach additional technologies, including HTML, CSS, Java Script and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

4. Student Assessment: Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, and coding exercises, providing timely feedback.

5. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive learning environment and address the individual needs of learners.

6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into the training program.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: BCA or B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Full Stack development and/or training.

Technical Skills:

· Proficient in Java, MERN, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, SQL.

· Familiarity with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) is a plus.

· Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS JS REACT JS.

· Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex technical topics for learners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹540,000.00 per year
