As a MERN Stack Developer with 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using the MERN (Mysql, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Your expertise in front-end and back-end development will be essential in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to gather and understand project requirements.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable and efficient web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop and implement front-end components using React.js, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface.
• Build RESTful APIs and server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Create and maintain databases using Mysql, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Write efficient and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and fix any issues or bugs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications and ensure seamless integration with the production environment.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for improvements in the development process.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
• Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with Mysql databases, including data modeling and querying.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in building them.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
