Location: Fonix Technologies, 225 West, Vardhman Nagar-A, Patrakar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, Near 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019.

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Experience: 3+ years in IT & Services Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Manage the Development Team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Architect, design, and implement backend APIs and frontend user interfaces.
• Guide team members on best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and optimize development workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams (designers, project managers, QA) to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks to enhance development processes.
• Handle hiring and onboarding of new developers when needed.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), or Java (Spring Boot)
• Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Project Management: Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, Trello

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• 2+ years of experience in leading/managing a development team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
