Full Stack Developer (Remote / Onsite)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building end-to-end web applications using modern technologies. Both freshers with strong project/internship experience and professionals with up to 2+ years of hands-on development experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js (backend), React & Next.js (frontend)

· Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

· Design and manage databases (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.)

· Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability

· Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers

· Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js

· Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development

· Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

· Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile methodologies

· Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

· Freshers must showcase relevant projects or internship experience

· Experienced candidates should have at least 2 years of full stack development experience
