Responsibilities-
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize AI-powered web applications and internal tools.
- Develop and refine APIs and microservices using Python and integrate them with front-end interfaces built in Next.js.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across all applications.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, IT, and product managers to iterate on features and improve user experience.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and web development technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on modern frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and front-end development using Next.js.
- Solid backend development skills in Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask experience preferred).
- Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or custom ML models).
- Passion for AI-driven applications and a willingness to learn more in this space.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Exposure to AI-powered tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Agent frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Smolagents.
- Background in ad tech, martech, or digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with WebSockets and real-time data processing
