Job Title: MERN Stack Developer with Flutter Expertise

Location: Onsite (Pitampura, Delhi)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Flutter/React Native for cross-platform mobile app development. The ideal candidate should have experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and be proficient in Flutter to develop high-performance mobile applications. This role requires expertise in full-stack web development as well as mobile app development, ensuring seamless integration between web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication between web and mobile applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and security.
• Manage and integrate databases (MongoDB, Firebase, or SQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Work with state management solutions such as Redux for React and Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc for Flutter.
• Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly UI/UX across different platforms.
• Debug and resolve issues in both MERN-based web applications and Flutter/reactnative mobile apps.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in MERN Stack, Flutter, and mobile development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in MERN Stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• 1+ years of experience in Flutter development for mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter frameworks (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Experience in REST API development and integration.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Cloud Firestore, and authentication systems.
• Experience with version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Knowledge of third-party integrations (payment gateways, push notifications, analytics, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug performance issues in both web and mobile applications.
• Experience in deploying web applications (AWS, Heroku, DigitalOcean, etc.) and mobile apps (App Store, Play Store) is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory but a Plus):

• Experience in Flutter Web & Desktop development.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools.
• Understanding of GraphQL and its implementation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in web and mobile apps.
