Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack MERN Developer with a strong background in building scalable applications and integrating enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), along with expertise in AWS cloud services, TypeScript, and enterprise platforms like Oracle, Kafka, SAP ERP systems. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications using the MERN stack.

Implement advanced backend systems using Node.js with TypeScript and ensure smooth database operations using MongoDB and Oracle.

Integrate and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.

Collaborate with SAP ERP systems for seamless data exchange and process automation.

Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).

Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high availability and scalability.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following industry best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN stack.

Proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Oracle databases (query optimization, stored procedures).

Experience working with Kafka for building real-time data streaming applications.

Integration experience with SAP ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.

Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.

Version control expertise with Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and serverless architectures.

Familiarity with FinOps principles for optimizing cloud costs.

Experience with ERP data migration and large-scale system integrations.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect) is a plus.

Relevant SAP or Oracle certifications are advantageous.
