Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for a MERN Stack Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in developing application software. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React.js, Node.js, and MySQL, have strong problem-solving skills, and possess excellent communication skills in English while also understanding Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Work with MySQL for database management, query optimization, and data security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud services.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and implement them when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English and Tamil.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development using MERN stack.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• Experience working with API integrations and handling authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Good understanding of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to understand Tamil.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Firebase.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
