Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack MERN Developer with 0-1 year of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for web development, be eager to learn new technologies, and be comfortable working with the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MERN stack.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Work with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and aggregation.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers for smooth UI/UX development.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the stack.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT/OAuth.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (optional but preferred).
Experience in developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Familiarity with frontend development using React.js, Redux, Hooks, and Context API.
Understanding of MongoDB database design, aggregation, and indexing.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
Familiarity with state management techniques (Redux, Context API, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud services (AWS, Firebase) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Next.js for SSR (Server-Side Rendering).
Basic understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Familiarity with GraphQL (Apollo Client/Server).
Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.).
Previous internship or project experience in MERN stack development.
