Full Stack Developer Manager

Overview

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end solutions, working on exciting web applications, and collaborating with a team of talented engineers. You should have a strong technical background in React, Next.js, JavaScript, Python, and database management (SQL & NoSQL), along with a proven ability to communicate effectively and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop user-friendly and responsive web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
2. Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Python.
3.Design and manage databases (SQL & NoSQL) for seamless data storage and retrieval
4.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, and other engineering teams) to deliver high-quality features and solutions.
5.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
6.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end components.
7.Maintain and improve system performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
2. Proficient in React and Next.js for front-end development.
3. Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
4. Proficiency in Python, Node for back-end development and API creation.
5. Good at problem solving
6. Strong fundamentals of computer science - Data structure, algorithms
7. Solid experience with GraphQL, SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
8. Strong understanding of GrafhQL, RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
9. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
10. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about software architecture and design.​
11. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
12. Good to AI API consumption and working knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹761,908.99 - ₹1,605,070.33 per year
