We are a well-funded startup in search of a Full Stack Developer to join our small team in India who is excited about the opportunity to be an integral part of our organization’s growth. Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis, focusing on building an AI-powered referral tool that analyzes dental practice data to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong backend experience in Python, Django, alongside frontend development skills in React

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and Django.
• Build APIs to analyze and process data from dental management systems.
• Create user-friendly dashboards using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
• Maintain and enhance our website, integrating with HubSpot and internal systems.
• Collaborate with the Analytics Engineer to optimize data processing.
• Ensure data security, scalability, and seamless system integration.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Frontend experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS services such as RDS and EC2.
• Strong communication skills in English and willingness to work modified U.S. hours.
• Familiarity with Git version control and RESTful API development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML applications.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CMS and integrations.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
