Full Stack Developer Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Web Developer

Lead to lead our development team. In this role, you will oversee project

execution, mentor developers, and contribute as an individual contributor when

necessary. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions while driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership -

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of

software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical

best practices.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical decision-making and

problem-solving.

• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and

promote best practices in software development.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating

their potential application within the team.

• Implement best practices for version control using GitHub and

streamline development workflows with CI/CD pipelines.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, fostering a culture of

collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely

delivery of projects.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to

align project goals and execution.

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of experience as a Team Lead, Senior Developer, or in a similar

leadership role.

• Proven experience in full stack development with at least:

o 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.

o 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (3+

years).

• Strong understanding of GitHub for version control and CI/CD

concepts.

• Ability to work independently and contribute as an individual

contributor when needed.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional

collaboration.

• Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high

availability and security.

• Participate in troubleshooting and performance optimization across the

development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g.,

Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or

MySQL.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
