What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, manage, and optimize funnels and automations using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Design and implement custom APIs and integrations with 3rd-party systems
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy team to produce clean, effective UIs with exceptional visual appeal
• Work on Voice AI agent integrations and flows using platforms like Twilio, Synthflow, or similar
• Build full-stack features (front-end + back-end) that support real-time interactions, user journeys, and AI-enhanced experiences
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Proactively communicate progress, roadblocks, and ideas

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, triggers, custom values, and funnels
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and React or Vue.js
• Strong knowledge of graphic design, UI/UX tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva)
• Working knowledge or interest in building Voice AI agents using Twilio, Dialogflow, Synthflow, ElevenLabs, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and available during USA business hours
• Strong written and spoken English communication

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI workflows (OpenAI, GPT, Whisper API, etc.)
• Previous agency or startup experience
• Experience with building SaaS platforms or tools
• Familiarity with CRMs and marketing systems (Keap, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)

Pay: ₹1,248,000.00 - ₹1,779,620.00 per year
