We're Hiring! Team Lead - Full Stack Developer cum Flutter Developer

Location: On-Site (Full-Time) Fonix Technologies, 225 West, Vardhman Nagar-A, Patrakar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, Near 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Experience: 3+ years in IT & Services Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Architect backend APIs and create responsive user interfaces.
• Build cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
• Implement offline storage solutions like SQLite, Hive, etc.
• Use device sensors (GPS, Camera, etc.) and local storage in mobile apps.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams.
• Monitor project timelines and address blockers proactively.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.
• Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills:

• Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), or Java (Spring Boot)
• Mobile Development: Flutter, Dart / State Management: Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or GetX
• API & Database Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Auth, Push Notifications, Google Maps) / SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
• CI/CD & Deployment: Experience in publishing apps to App Store and Play Store
• Project Management: Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, Trello

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Full Stack Development
• 2+ years in mobile app development using Flutter
• 2+ years in team leadership
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and Web-Sockets
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
