Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at 8 Views, you will develop and maintain client websites and web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, PHP, and JavaScript. Your role involves collaborating with teams, integrating APIs, ensuring performance and security, and optimizing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance client websites and web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers, developers,testers and account managers to build seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases to optimize functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance, security, and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for client projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and technologies in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with leadership experience in managing a team.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Next.js, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of Laravel or Node.js.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience in both product and service-based projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
