Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Mern + Go)

Job Summary:
We are an innovative startup building scalable, real-time applications in the mobility sector. Our goal is to create cutting-edge, reliable solutions while maintaining an exceptional user experience. We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer proficient in MERN technologies and Go (Golang) to join our growing team and contribute to building and scaling our platform.

Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad
Shift Timing: Day Shift
Work Mode: On-site
Stipend: 6 LPA (Depending upon the skill set & experience)

Responsibilities:
-Build dynamic, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using React.js (MERN) or Angular (MEAN).

-Collaborate closely with designers to implement seamless user experiences.

- Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using Go and Node.js.

- Implement real-time features like live tracking, notifications, and WebSocket support.

- Design and manage databases using MongoDB for unstructured data and PostgreSQL for relational needs.

- Optimize backend performance using Redis caching and efficient API designs.

- Ensure backend scalability for high-growth user demand scenarios.

- Seamlessly integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and services.

- Work on payment system integrations, bike tracking features, and real-time updates.

- Use Docker for containerization and optionally Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling.

- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Implement unit and integration testing to ensure robust and bug-free applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, or Angular for frontend development.

-Strong understanding of state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similar frameworks.

- Solid experience with Go (Golang) and Node.js for backend API development.

- Expertise in RESTful API design, implementation, and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance optimization.

- Proficiency in using Docker for containerized environments.

- Basic understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong grasp of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

- Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

Preferred Skills

- Experience with real-time systems using WebSocket, Server-Sent Events, or polling mechanisms.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using tools like gRPC or RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of security best practices, including secure API design, OWASP principles, and encryption standards.

- Familiarity with GraphQL for API development.

- Experience with DevOps workflows and tools.

- Ability to write performant SQL and NoSQL queries for complex datasets.
