Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Developer with expertise in React.js and JavaScript to join our dynamic development team. As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, working across both the frontend and backend. Key Responsibilities:

● Frontend Development:

○ Develop and maintain responsive, interactive web applications using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).

○ Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive, dynamic web experiences.

○ Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

○ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.

○ Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code for the frontend.

● Backend Development:

○ Work with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, etc.) to build RESTful APIs and services.

○ Integrate frontend components with backend logic, ensuring a seamless experience.

○ Design and implement data storage solutions using databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

○ Write unit and integration tests for backend code.

● Collaboration:

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.

○ Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.

○ Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

● Troubleshooting & Debugging:

○ Identify and resolve issues related to both frontend and backend components.

○ Troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks.

● Continuous Learning & Improvement:

○ Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend and backend development.

○ Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on React.js and JavaScript.

● Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and web development fundamentals.

● Experience working with Node.js and Express for backend development.

● Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

● Experience with version control systems like Git.

● Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API for React.js.

● Understanding of RESTful API design and development.

● Familiarity with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

● Knowledge of UI/UX principles and a passion for building user-centric web applications.

● Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and end-to-end testing.

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹430,614.04 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
