Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications leveraging modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration, performance optimization, and scalability. This role requires expertise in end-to-end application development and a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Modern frameworks (e.g. React, Angular).
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into functional code.
• Back-End Development: Develop robust, secure, and scalable back-end services using technologies like Node.js, Python.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between client and server.
• Database Management: Design & implement SQL and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases. Optimize queries for performance and scalability.
• Cloud and Deployment: Manage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Use containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for deployment.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Document code, APIs, and technical processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational Background: BE/BTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil or a related field.
• Experience:1+ years of experience as Full stack Developer.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Comfortable with reading documentation (technical/non-technical) to achieve optimum solution
• Typescript
• React and React Ecosystem.
• Popular state management solutions
• Experience with any of Headless UI Libraries like radix-ui, aria-kit, react-aria, ark-ui, etc.
• Experience with any of CSS3 styling solution like CSS modules, tailwind, panda-css, etc.
• Node.js with Express
• Creating "RESTful" APIs
• Experience with any SQL Database
• Design Patterns and architectural patterns
• Containerization of application for distribution/deployment
• Hands-on with any cloud / PaaS where you have deployed your solution
• Unit testing with any of Jest, Vitest, Chai, Mocha, Sinon, etc.
• Understanding the pros and cons of various approaches
• Comfortable with developing UI based on Figma References
