Frontend and Backend Web Developer / Software Developer

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Frontend Developer:
- Design and develop user interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interactive and visually appealing features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Debug and troubleshoot code to enhance the user experience.
Backend Developer:
- Develop server-side logic and APIs using languages such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
- Maintain databases and manage server-side infrastructure (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Ensure application security and data protection.
- Integrate frontend elements with backend services seamlessly.
- Debug and resolve backend issues to ensure smooth functionality.
Software Developer:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Build, test, and maintain efficient and reliable code.
- Implement software development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug to enhance overall performance.
- Document code and maintain software versioning.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Proficiency in backend frameworks and languages (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, etc.).
- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Pay Structure:
