Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications:
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Ensure the application is responsive and performs well across all devices.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Front-end Development:
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using React.
• Implement front-end logic to ensure seamless user interaction and experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring the design to life using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Back-end Development:
• Develop back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
• Ensure server-side logic is secure, scalable, and efficient.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services.
• Web Animation and Interactivity:
• Implement advanced animations and transitions using GSAP (Greenstock Animation Platform) to enhance the user experience.
• Ensure animations are smooth, interactive, and optimized for performance.
• Webflow Expertise:
• Work with Webflow to design, build, and maintain websites with custom HTML/CSS integrations.
• Ensure the Webflow site’s visual quality and interactivity align with modern web standards.
• Create and customize Webflow interactions and animations for improved UX.
• Bug Fixes and Performance Optimization:
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance, focusing on load time and responsiveness.
• Continuous Learning:
• Keep up to date with new web technologies, frameworks, and trends.
• Suggest improvements to enhance user experience and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in:
• React.js (for front-end development)
• Node.js (for back-end development)
• JavaScript
• HTML5, CSS3
• GSAP (for animations)
• Webflow (expert-level proficiency)

Experience:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience working with APIs and server-side development.
• Proven track record of delivering web applications with a strong front-end and back-end.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Days:

• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) (One day WFH potentially)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
