Job Summary:

UGI is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and PHP to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in building scalable web applications, handling both front-end and back-end development. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:Front-End Development (React.js):

• Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance across different devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.

Back-End Development (PHP):

• Develop, maintain, and optimize back-end services using PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP).
• Build and manage RESTful APIs to support front-end applications.
• Handle database management using MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Ensure security and data protection best practices in backend development.
• Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code for server-side logic.

Full Stack & DevOps Responsibilities: Or UGI can teach

• Implement and manage cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or Digital Ocean).
• Work on CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers for infrastructure scaling and deployment automation.
• Optimize application performance, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.

Testing & Quality Assurance Or UGI can teach

• Write unit tests and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.
• Ensure software meets performance, security, and accessibility standards.
• Work with QA teams to perform end-to-end testing and resolve bugs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end development frameworks.
• Strong experience with PHP and at least one framework (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, or similar).
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or Next.js.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PHPUnit).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Ability to work with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
