Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor technical teams in the development of high-quality software products.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress, reporting on status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Hands-on development using Node.js and expertise in Frontend frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team processes and product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Senior Developer or Team Lead role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Node.js and proficiency in Frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and design patterns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control tools (Git, SVN).
