Job Description
Cloud-Based Network Monitoring Software Engineer
1. Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Java to support SNMP traps, HTTP web scraping, and data aggregation for real-time network monitoring.
2. Frontend Development: Develop user-centric, responsive interfaces using Angular, enabling intuitive access to network monitoring insights and metrics.
3. Database Management: Work with Postgres and DynamoDB to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and management of monitoring data while maintaining scalability and performance.
4. Cloud Deployment: Optimize and manage AWS-hosted infrastructure for seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of the network monitoring application.
5. Monitoring Protocols & Tools: Integrate network monitoring protocols (e.g., SNMP), ensure reliable trap handling, and enhance data collection through robust web scraping and API integration.
