Overview

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to lead our technology strategy and development efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with modern web technologies, including React, Node.js with Express, MongoDB, GitHub, AWS Amplify, and AWS S3. You will also have strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), and AI/ML model integration. This leadership role is designed for individuals who want to make a significant impact, with the potential to become a Co-Founder in the next 5 years.

Key Responsibilities : Technology Management:

• Lead the development and optimization of web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js with Express for the backend, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of MongoDB databases, ensuring efficient data handling and storage.
• Direct deployment and maintenance of applications using AWS Amplify, utilizing CI/CD capabilities for streamlined development workflows.
• Implement and manage AWS S3 for scalable and reliable file storage.
• Spearhead the integration of AI/ML models into applications, collaborating with data scientists to enhance functionality and derive actionable insights.

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):

• Establish and refine SDLC processes to optimize development efficiency, code quality, and time-to-market.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for software design, development, testing, and deployment.

Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA):

• Apply advanced knowledge of DSA to solve complex technical challenges and optimize performance.
• Mentor the team on best practices in algorithm design and problem-solving.

AI/ML Integration:

• Lead the integration of AI/ML models with Node.js and React, leveraging machine learning to enhance application capabilities.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models to ensure performance and reliability.

Microservices Architecture:

• Design and implement microservices architecture to support scalable, flexible, and resilient applications.
• Manage the transition from monolithic systems to microservices and ensure seamless communication between services.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Build and lead a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.

Project Oversight:

• Drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Quality Assurance and Best Practices:

• Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
• Oversee the implementation of testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and drive the technology vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Deep expertise in React (frontend) and Node.js with Express (backend).
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, AWS Amplify, AWS S3, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into web applications.
• Background in microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
