Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development with Python and Django, along with expertise in frontend development using React. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, React, and NextJS.
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance application performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in both frontend and backend components.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
• Experience with Figma to translate UI/UX designs into functional frontend components (preferred).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Python and Django for backend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, NextJS for building interactive user interfaces.
• Experience with REST API development and integration.
• Knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
