Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our web-based application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies but also possesses strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating scalable and efficient code.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product manager, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Design and implement scalable and efficient web applications.

- Write well-documented, clean, and modular code.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.

- Solid experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.

- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Version control using Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

- Availability during Central Time business hours.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
